    Rebalance the UN toward prevention and patient mediation, apply the guarantor method that ended the Ecuador-Peru war to today's protracted conflicts, and fund the first regionally-led peace operation under Resolution 2719 without further delay.
  • 02A Security Council worthy of the century
    Champion permanent representation for the regions history has left out, across Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia, and press to end a veto that too often turns the Council into a venue for paralysis.
  • 03Development and a fairer fiscal world
    Make the reform of unsustainable debt a standing priority, turn development toward national and local delivery, and scale the instruments she helped pioneer, from debt-for-nature conversions to blended finance.
  • 04The dignity of the human person
    Defend the UN's human-rights work, make the institution the credible convener on AI and new technologies, bring young people in as a matter of legitimacy, and give climate adaptation the weight it has long been denied.
  • 05A United Nations renewed from within
    Treat mandate discipline as a permanent function with sunset clauses, consolidate back-office functions while protecting distinct mandates, and make the Organization's finances transparent and its performance measurable.
